24th-27th September

Experience a 4 day retreat in nature
With the trust that so much can emerge from conversations and intimate spaces, CoP (Community of Practice) has been hosting in person gatherings since 2022. This will be the third edition in the UK, while the US and Brazil will see their first ones in 2023.
The schedule is designed to embrace not only knowledge sharing and open discussions, but also body work, nature connection and relationship building. The gathering also aims to encourage collective and/or 1-1 collaborations that go beyond the holding of the CoP facilitators, which so far has been shown to be very effective for practical experiments and partnerships.

An avid proponent of regenerative, diversified, and decentralized systems. As co-founder and CEO of 42 Acres, a regenerative estate and wellbeing retreat in Somerset, UK, he is devoted to developing living examples of the much-needed transformations of our times, through our connection with nature, self, and others. In 2019, he established the Be the Earth Foundation to merge impact investing and philanthropy through programs and partnerships that focus mainly on regenerative food systems. In addition, Seth serves on the boards of alternative education organizations such as Advaya and The DO Group, as well as international leaders in regenerative agriculture, including Belltown Farms in the US and Boschendal Estate in South Africa.
Renata Minerbo
Head of Philanthropy at Be The Earth Foundation, and a Trustee. Since 2020, she has been designing and running programmes that employ creative uses of capital to shift power relations within the philanthropic sector. Renata is passionate about nature and collaborating on trust-based relationships for systems change. Previously, as a social entrepreneur in Brazil for 12 years, she accumulated a lot of experience in engaging and empowering diverse communities while transforming collective spaces with participatory methods with her company Acupuntura Urbana. She also worked on the ground with the Warriors Without Weapons international programme and trained other changemakers in participatory tools they can use to lead change.

She has been co-creating Lush’s environmental strategy since 2004.
